Sub: Promotion Adalat to be held in the fourth week of January, 2023

Pursuant to G.A. & P.G. Department Resolution No. 1026/Gen., dated 10.01.2020, it has been decided by the Government that the Promotion Adalat shall be held in the 4th Week of January, 2023 to redress promotion related grievances of Government employees which could not be considered by 31st December, 2022.

The aggrieved employees who are due and eligible for promotion as on 31.L2.2022 may submit their representations at gadmin.or@nic.in latest by 16.01.2023. The employee should remain physically present during the Promotion Adalat and cannot be represented through any other person or the Service Association.

Applications so received will be fonararded to the respective Administrative Department. The concerned Department may examine the representations for expeditious redressal of grievances in all genuine cases. A Senior Officer from each Administrative Department dealing with establishment matters of the employees will remain present with all relevant documents in the Promotion Adalat on the respective dates.
